Archiving documents:
Fulfilling legal obligations related to the conducted business activity (e.g. storing accounting documentation)

Personal data processed for the purpose of executing the apartment lease agreement will be stored for the duration of the agreement and for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations.
