Reservation and payment method

Payment for the reservation of the Ostoja Mazury Apartment can be made using the appropriate reservation form located on the website https://ostojamazury.com/rezerwacja.

Payment for the reservation can be made using the online payment gateway or by bank transfer. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the payment and reservation will be verified manually by an employee and confirmed by an appropriate telephone or email message.

Cancellation of reservation

The customer can cancel the paid reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

In such a case, the amount paid will be refunded in full within 7 days of reporting the cancellation of the reservation.

In the event of cancellation of the reservation within 13-7 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded reduced by 30%.

In the event of cancellation of the reservation after this period, the entire amount is non-refundable.

Withdrawal from the agreement

  1. The customer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement up to 14 days before arrival without giving any reason.
  1. The Customer may withdraw from the Agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the Agreement, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the declaration before the expiry of this deadline.
  1. The declaration may be sent by traditional mail or electronically by sending the declaration of Withdrawal from the Agreement to one of the contact addresses provided in the regulations below.
  1. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Seller shall return the amount paid to the Customer immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement
  1. The Seller shall make the refund to the bank account indicated by the Customer.
  1. The desire to withdraw from the agreement after the deadline of 14 days before arrival will be treated as a Cancellation of the reservation.

Complaints

1. The Client has the right to file a complaint and have it considered by GROMAZ Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością within the statutory period of 14 days from its receipt. Please submit complaints by mail or electronically to the address provided in the Contact Details section.

The complaint should include the following Client data: first name, last name, Client’s address, e-mail address provided when booking and a description of the problem that occurred.

2. Immediately after the complaint has been considered, the Client will be provided with a response regarding the resolution.

The response will be sent in the same form in which it was submitted
