People making reservations for Apartment Ostoja Mazury

1. Check-in at Apartment Ostoja Mazury is possible from 4 p.m., and check-out until 11 a.m. The possibility of early check-in or late check-out is considered individually and depends on the availability of the facility.
2. On the day of arrival, the Tenant will receive a set of keys to the rented Apartment Ostoja Mazury. The set of keys will be located in a special box opened with a code. The code will be sent on the day of arrival or appropriately earlier.
3. After the lease period has elapsed, the Tenant is obliged to return the apartment to the Landlord (or a person authorized by them) in a non-deteriorated condition. Any damage verification may take place during or after check-out.
4. The Tenant bears full financial responsibility for any damage to the subject of the lease and its equipment, which is not the result of normal use.
5. The Landlord does not allow animals to stay in the property. Bringing an animal into the property may result in the need to immediately terminate the lease agreement. The exception is a situation when the Landlord agrees to this in writing.
6. The Ostoja Mazury Apartment is designed for a maximum of 11 people. Exceeding the maximum number of people without consulting the Landlord may result in additional fees being charged.
7. Any damage, failures or other irregularities found during the stay should be immediately reported to the Landlord or a person authorized by them.
8. The rented property is not intended for organizing loud events such as hen, stag or wedding receptions, which could disturb the peace of the neighbors.
9. The outdoor swimming pool located in the common area is usually made available to Tenants at the beginning of April and usually closed until the end of October. The dates of access to the pool may change depending on the weather conditions outside.
10. Smoking cigarettes and tobacco products is strictly prohibited on the premises of the Ostoja Mazury Apartment.
11. The Ostoja Mazury Apartment has two parking spaces for passenger cars, including one with a charger for electric cars.
12. The Ostoja Mazury Apartment has a Wi-Fi Internet connection. This connection is free for the Tenant. The SSID and Wi-Fi password will be provided to the Tenant after check-in.
13. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the safety of children on the premises.
    Children can play on the playground and swim in the pool only under the supervision of parents or legal guardians. The regulations for using the pool and playground are located on information boards placed by the pool and playground.
14. Before checking out of the Ostoja Mazury Apartment, the Tenant is obliged to turn off the lights in the rooms, switch off electrical devices such as televisions, air conditioning, etc. and close all doors and windows in the apartment.
15. The premises are monitored. The apartment has fire detectors and an alarm system.
